Silverlight, when it will be done?

It is not working all 10.5x branch long... What a pity, no Photosynth...
Yeah, Silverlight never claimed to be compatible with Opera, but it worked very well in 10.10 and even v4 works now.
Why it doesn't now? Implementation issue? Patent brainf**k?
When it will be done? If never because of patents, maybe some hack is available?

Use everywhere!
Opera1: 11.51 on Win7 64, Phenom II X6 1090
Opera2: 11.51 on WinXP 32, P4 2.4

silverlight as it is not officialy supported in Opera will be a hit/miss meaning it may work then again it may not and depending on the site,until official support comes then you will need to use another browser that supports silverlight.
