When u're depressed,what do u do?
I feel a ton pressure each time i am depressed,i feel the weight of the world on my shoulder,i wish i was not given birth to..i feel God is not answering my prayers.Tell me wot u did wen u were depressed?

EXCOLDLYPSE WITH ME"EXCOLD".
When I feel down I talk to my hubsband or to some one I'm close to.Sometimes aswell I write a poem to express my feelings.
I also write down a list of all the good things that I have and all the good things that have happened to me and by the time I have finished my list I feel a whole lot better.

I force myself to sleep so time passes and on waking it feels like a new day with the added bonus of inspiration if I dream. Then I recall how lucky I am in UK and move on!
Opinions are like assholes- we all got one and they all STINK! but mine stink of roses heh heh!
