The (UNIX-only) known issues are that JAVA and IME (foreign language input) still don't work, but they didn't include Flash and "font issues" as known issues.

For some time Windows version has a couple of speed dial issues. Never encountered this on Ubuntu.

The now supposed to be cross-browser friendly Mozilla plugin check doesn't work: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/plugincheck/
Using Windows 7 64Bit SP1 and of course Opera
(If nothing else stated the most current weekly) on a nice Dell Studio XPS 16!

Except that it claims I should upgrade my browser (though I'm using this snapshot, i.e. the latest) it seems to work OK?

Edit: OK fine, there's one newer snapshot which I wasn't expecting. But I rather doubt that Mozilla page knew about it.

I'm using the latest 3390 on Win... it still says it's not the latest, but otherwise the plug-in checks are correct for the ones it can check.
