Yes we have the right, the same right we have to judge whether or not we are capable of picking up a box that might be too heavy.
But, I don't think we have the right in most cases, to say... destroy the box, simply because it's too heavy for us to pick up. Big difference between a judgment, which everyone does, and is unavoidable... and actively trying to change them by force.
If you think someone has made, or is about to make the wrong choice, then circumstances providing, you have the right to tell them why you think it was/is a bad choice... if their choice is causing you harm, or to someone/thing you care about (includes animals, plants, objects of any kind), then you have the right to interfere as you see fit, consequences or not... just as they can choose to do harm, consequences or not.
Naturally there are circumstances where the line blurs, for instance with children, where they might be too naive, or ignorant to really be able to make an informed, or reasoned decision... and you might want to intervene for both of your sakes. (adults who are stupid, are that way by choice, excluding accidents, and birth defects)
Generally speaking (ie: excluding children, and things that can have severe consequences to persons other than the person making the decision)... let them do as they wish. Live and learn, or die trying...
IMHO.

Yes I can judge. Judgment is a sum of observations, either long term or short. This is human nature, to weigh and measure, compare and contrast. A product of free will. But to ACT on any judgment without group consensus is wrong. Why? Because the very free will that calls us to judge is self centered and biased.
Whenever one judges, though, there's a possibility of judging wrongfully. Then who pays the price?
It was no contest.

I don't think that we have the RIGHT to judge other people, however, everyone is entitled to their opinion.Even though we may deny it when we first see a person that we haven't met we go by what we see because we don't know them. Is it wrong...sorta...maybe. That's just one form of judgment. The other form is judging a person for what they do or have done. I don't believe in judging from the past, but I do feel that it is more than ok to..."evaluate" the current actions taken place. Say, a person tells you "dont judge me but i did....(insert blank here)" We as people have ideas about certain things. Sometimes those ideas are negative, that's not our fault, its just how things are. So if that person is telling you something they did and that something already has a judgment in your head then....its no ones real choice. You can't help how you feel.
