How to show pictures on incoming mail in Opera's e-mail client?

Hi!

I am using my Gmail with IMAP settings in Opera's e-mail client. But when I receive a message the pictures are disabled.

Anyone know what settings I have to edit to make my incoming e-mails show pictures?

Welcome to the My Opera community.

On the mail toolbar is a View button. Click it and goto display. Make sure "prefer html" is set and uncheck "block external elements".

But, do note that "block external elements" is on by default for a reason. It's so that if you open a spam message that has a remote image in it, it won't load, because if it could load, the spammer could confirm that you're real and your email account is in use. So, just don't select spam messages with that setting unchecked.

The answer was to uncheck "block external elements". Now it works perfectly!

Thanks!
