Cache - disable for large files in 10.53+
Since Opera 10.53+ doesn't load streaming media from cache is there a way to disable caching of large files? I use 400 MB for cache and after few hours on YouTube 90% of it is useless YT data. This is a bug in the first place but limiting the cached content size to 4 MB would partially solve the problem.If there's a way to disable caching of streaming media (including e.g. Grooveshark music) that would be sweat.

This is the information you submitted to us:
Version: 10.54
Build: 3388
Operating system: Windows 7
Platform: PC
Summary: Cache - Opera doesn't load streaming media from it
Steps to reproduce
===================
1. Open YouTube video and wait for it to download completely
2. Visit the same link again (with or without restarting Opera)
3. After performing the test (What do you expect to happen?, What actually happens? ) one can verify that video has been cached by finding it out in cache folder and playing it in a video player.
Expected result
===============
Video is loaded from cache - not downloaded again.
OR
Video shouldn't be cached in the first place wasting lots of cache folder assigned space!
Actual result
=============
Video is downloaded again
