Partial Rendering since speed dial was improved ??
Partial Rendering since speed dial way improved,I have noticed that the rendering of thumbnails only Partially completes since changes were made a few snapshots ago. I only have two speed dial Thumbnails that I have set to refresh . Usually I don't have any other Internet software running at the time of refresh, so bandwidth should not be a issue here. Below is a screen capture of what I am getting. I am running Windows XP SP3 Netframework 3.0 Inte 1.8 single core Processor x86 family 2 gigs of ram , PYN Nvidia 5200 graphics card 356mb.
