Opera.exe process creating file scancode.txt in C:\

Hi all

I'm finding the that file c:\scancode.txt is created by the Opera.ext process (from process monitor).

If the file is deleted it is recreated, roughly every 8 to 12 minutes and contains keyboard mappings such as...

g_nIndex=0, g_dwVKCode[g_nIndex]=28, g_dwKeyStrokeInfo[g_nIndex]=1500001
dwScanCode=d0

Adaware, AVG, Spybot report nothing. Process monitor blames Opera.exe and Google is not yielding much.

Any thoughts?
