Make "PluginPlaceholder" image skinnable
Allow opera:config#UserPrefs|EnableOnDemandPluginPlaceholder image to be changed via skin.(The image that appears in the place where plugin content is when:
- Opera Turbo is enabled; or
- both opera:config#UserPrefs|EnableOnDemandPlugin and opera:config#UserPrefs|EnableOnDemandPluginPlaceholder are enabled.)

Yes, you can change the missingplugin.svg file, but this will be changed per installation rather than per skin as Rafaelluik requests.

This is an interesting enhancement suggestion. I would peripherally suggest a small-size standard placeholder for all on-demand areas.
Currently, in large areas, there are HUGE play-icons, which is a bit distracting. Turning OFF the image is an option, but less so for my parents, friends that may get bit confused with blank areas that need clicking (i.e., for playing flash videos).
