Please add the new Venezuela time(Standard time zone: UTC/GMT -4:30 hours)
When I try to set the time in my settings for myopera, I have the option of the old time -4:00,this has changed, I think the time should be updated to the new time :Standard time zone: UTC/GMT -4:30 hours for Venezuela
