Opera not reading CSS that works on all other browsers

For some reason a CSS code to move a div and align it is not being read right by Opera. I am using this Opera: Opera/9.80 (Windows NT 6.0; U; en) Presto/2.5.24 Version/10.53 and the page i am working on is http://fubar.com/lounge/71816. any help would help. I do know there is a code variation for ie that requires a second or duplicate code from mozilla and apple and linux browsers. i dont know if i need one for opera as well.

What exaclty is wrong? I see a black screen with some random white-lettered navigation and an equally white-lettered, centered admonishment to upload a photo in order to use forum, which looks exactly the same in Chrome as in Opera 10.5.

I don't see any difference between Opera and other browsers there.
