Back-dating

Is it possible to post previous entries in the blog? For example, I went to Europe in 2008 and I would like to date my entry to the specific date I was there...basically just like it is on my blogspot. Is that possible?

If you click on Advanced Options, you should have a field below where the blog entry is to be typed where you can set the date and time. Note that it says "UTC" (aka Greenwich time) as opposed to your local time zone, so if you want the time to be accurate you'll need to adjust for your time zone which (let me see, Michigan ...) should be 4 hours currently, or 5 hours when not on Daylight Savings Time.
