urlfilter.ini Whitelist

Hi everyone.

I have a question to the urlfilter.ini file.
Is it possible to define pages for the whitelist?

Example:
My exclude list looks like this:
[exclude]
*ads*

However I want the page http://www.example.com/ads/abc.html not to be blocked.
[include]
http://www.example.com/*
-> doesn't work because of the higher priority of the exclude list.

Is there any way to do that?

Thanks!

May be editing the override.ini can help. Not tested, dots (...) stand for other entries:
Opera Preferences version 2.1
; Do not edit this file while Opera is running
; This file is stored in UTF-8 encoding

[Overrides]
...
www.example.com
...

Network|URL Filter File= path to an empty file or so

The current urlfilter.ini will be unusable after 1-2 years.
Many site tricks with advertisements in the same way that the IMDb with the doubleclick.net worried
