Maximize/minimize on double click of window titlebar

Is it possible to change the behavior or the window's titlebar to make it behave like all other windows apps (min/max), instead of opening up new tabs when you double click the titlebar?

If you double-click at the top of the title bar it will maximize. The default for the Chrome Integaration Drag Area is 13 pixels — which can be reduced or increased to suit your preferences.

The default for the Drag Area when maximized is only 1 pixel, but that can also be edited to make it easier to restore the maximized Window if you don't want to use the restore button.

When I double-click on my title bar, a new tab opens. I'd rather Opera minimize or maximize like other windows programs. Pesala, I didn't understand what you were stating? What do you suggest that I do so that double-clicking on the title bar would minimize or maximize Opera?

The area above the tabs is the Windows title bar — double-click it to maximize/restore the window.
The area to the right of tabs is the tab bar — double-click it to open a new tab.

The default for the Chrome Integaration Drag Area is 20 pixels — which can be reduced or increased to suit your preferences. If you want a bigger target above the tabs to hit when the window is restored, increase that value.

The default for the Drag Area when maximized is only 1 pixel, but that can also be edited to make it easier to restore the maximized Window if you don't want to use the restore button.

When the window is maximized, the double-click area for restoring the window is only 1 pixel at the very top of the screen. That's enough if you move the mouse to the very top of the window. If you want a bigger target, increase the chrome area maximized value, but its already infinite since you just have to move the mouse cursor quickly to the very top of the screen.

I had forgotten that I had combined my tab bar with the menu:

BTW, can I configure the size of the tab bar or address bar?

Edit the skin to reduce the maximum pagebar width in the [Options] section.
Reduce the padding and margins for the address bar in the [Addressbar skin] section:

[Addressbar Skin]
Fallback version = 3
Type = BoxStretch
StretchBorder = 3
Tile Center = backgrounds/addressbar.png
Margin Bottom = 5
Margin Top = 1
Padding Top = 5
Padding Bottom = 5
Padding Left = 6
Padding Right = 6
Spacing = 0
