Fullscreen mode on 2nd display???

I love the full screen mode that opera provides, the only issue I have found is that if my 2nd display is not set up as the main one (with the menu bar along the top), I am not able to have that screen as fullscreen.

Im sure their is some sort of setting for this but have looked everywhere and can not find it in the Opera menu.

I'm running a MacBook Pro with a external display.
OS X 10.6.3
Opera Version 10.53 (Build 8343)

I need to have the MacBook it self as the main screen.

Hope this info helps, for you to help me get a solution.

Cheers Big Ears.

Yes the F11 Key well alt+F11 or cmd+alt+F12 which does the same thing.

I think it also goes by the name of Kiosk mode.

Mmmm. Not really. KIOSK mode is more of a cut down feature of the browser that restricts users from exiting the browser (great for public places such as libraries). It just uses full screen as of default to hide the desktop. I think Ctrl+Alt+delete is also disabled.

I also have two screens and can run opera in fullscreen fine on the second screen. I am on windows though.

So this works in safari?

BTW: It seems as you have created a thread in the wrong forum section. 'Open the Web' is used for websites that do not support/block Opera.

You may have better luck requesting a moderator to move your thread to The MAC Section

Just post here something along the lines of:

Please move thread into the relevant section.
