Unable to complete secure transaction (fatal error 49)

I have problem viewing some SSL secured server. Especially it happens on startssl.com. When visiting HTTPS url on that server I keep getting following error message:

Unable to complete secure transaction

You tried to access the address https://www.startssl.com/, which is currently unavailable. Please make sure that the Web address (URL) is correctly spelled and punctuated, then try reloading the page.

Secure connection: fatal error (49)

https://www.startssl.com/

The certificate is valid, but permission denied.

I would like to know where is the problem. In this topic I have found out that StartCom is not listed in the default root certificates of Opera. But I tought that doesn't mean I would not be able to visit such secured site.

Code 49 means "Access denied", as the text indicates, and from context that indicates that your system has been configured to refuse access to site using specific certificates. If you have added the Root certificate yourself, make sure that it is configured as "Allow access"

Thank you.

I saw certificate of StartCom in Certificate Manger so I thought it is allowed certificate. When you noted "make sure it is configured" I found out that there is a checkbox at the bottom of the "View Certificate" screen. So I checked it and now it's ok.
