Strange behaviour when all temp and mail files are moved to a different drive/folder?

Hi all,

I know this is not going to be clear and descriptive bug report but when it behaves unusually I have to describe it that way :-)
I completely re-installed new HD, this one is SSD where system + all programs are installed. So I have two "discs" right now. Primary - SSD, and secondary - ordinary HD.
I installed Opera on SSD and using opera:config I changed temporary and mail files to HD drive, particularly I changed following values:
Button Directory
Cache Directory4
Direct History File
Download Directory
Local CSS Files Directory
Opera Directory
Opera Local Directory
Operator Cache Directory4
Skin Directory
Temporary Download Directory
Mail Root Directory
Open Dir
Save Dir

For every setting I set different folder under one root folder. I am using IMAP in my mail settings.

And now comes the point. I experienced some strange behaviors, some of them only sometimes, while some of them always:
1) Anytime when I receive an email, it is displayed with "Sent on" as one hour more. It started after DST has changed. My other Opera installation doesn't do it (the one where I kept all files default) on the same email (i.e. it shows correct time when I really reveived it).
2) Facebook - sometimes, let's say one per week or so, facebook doesn't allow me to login. Simply keeps returning to homepage asking I need to login. Although I never changed anything, on that day it simply doesn't work but it's back to normal the day after. My cookies are set as "Accept cookies only from site I visit".
3) Received email is marked as read, when I click on it. OK. But when I click on button "Unread" (which is supposed to mark the same message as unread again) then nothing happens. To mark it as unread I have to either click on a different message and then go back to original one or go to a different tab and then go back.
4) Sometimes, for first time of the day (probably) I cannot send email with an attachment. Attachment is simply not attached although I selected it. If I repeat the same action again, then on second time attachment is sent ok (and all other attachments from that moment as well).

I don't know what is the origin of those small problems but since my other Opera doesn't do that I am guessing it could be related to placing temporary and other folders to a different drive and folder.
Using Opera 10.5x on Windows 7.
Can anyone, who set Opera's temp and mail files to a different drive, confirm/decline this behavior please?

Thanks in advance up
