Not Saving Attachments from Received Email and Keeping Message Body

Opera 10.53, Win XP Pro SP3

I compose an email to another person and attach two PDFs. For a reason, I specify as a Cc: my own email address, which "resides" on a server other than the DSL ISP to which Opera "talks." When I download my Cc:, obviously the attachments are there. If I save the email, the attachments are saved along with it in the Opera mail database. However, the attachments were obviously on my own computer in the first place, so I do not need to save them (over half a megabyte) again. I looked in the online Opera help, but unless I missed it I did not see an answer to my question. Is it possible to save a message body (with the headers, presumably) without saving any attachments themselves?

Thank you.
