How to prevent people from moving the opera window when in kiosk mode?

I am running a bunch of opera kiosk (9.6) and when in kiosk mode the opera window is locked and not movable. Now that I am using opera 10.53, the kiosk mode does not prevent people from clicking anywhere on the address bar and drag the opera window around. Any solution?

/Applications/Opera.app/Contents/MacOS/Opera --noexit should prevent that. Please let us know if that is no longer working.

Tried

/Applications/Opera.app/Contents/MacOS/Opera -k -kioskbuttons -nomenu -noexit

On 9.64 works as expected

On 10.53 prevented exit but windows can be dragged around by the address bar.

Unfortunately I need the address bar, otherwise -noexit might of worked. sad

Tried out 10.10 and it works as expected.

Is this a problem with 10.53 or is it working as intended?
