Mini 5 Needs a Brake Inspection
Quite often I'll accidentally follow the wrong link in my bookmarks (bad aim), but immediately hit the stop button before the request is carried out. The browser stops dead in its tracks, as it should. When I hit the correct link, however, Mini loads the one I just aborted!The solution is called the lean OM4.2

Wow, what an amazingly "helpful" reply!
If this is the level of "help" I'll be getting from these forums I'm just going to ditch Opera Mini right now and use something else.
If someone asks for help and all you get from Opera is a quip like this you guys obviously don't want more users.
Bye Opera, hello Skyfire!
@onwardupward
1. I'm not an Opera employee
2. I really cannot think of a better reply. It is a bug in the browser, and a quite common and known one. Nobody but Opera can fix it. If he had incurred this issue by doing something wrong, then I could have explained it.

@WebDweller
You must be very bored to find a solution to this 'bug'. I suppose that if XMLHttpRequest is present the page remains in JavaScript and that explains the issue; you could try some pages which does not support the refresh command instead and perhaps the result will not be the same.

@WebDweller Yeah, I know. But Opera staff has the special red tag 'Opera Software'.

If you don't represent Opera, why do you call yourself an official admin, carry an Opera logo, and speak and act as if you are a person of authority?
