Can't log into my Capital One
I am using Opera 10.53. I go the www.capitalone.com. Cookies are enabled. When I click on the "Login" button, the login page starts to display, but then "https://servicing.capitalone.com/c1/LoginError.aspx?info=4" page is displayed, with the message"Access Denied
To access the Capital One® Online Banking site, please go to the log in page and try again. (Ref. No. 10000.8046)"
I was not using Opera before this version, but I am able to login with Firefox and Mozilla

Actually, this is not true. I think the problem is with Opera and not with American Express...
I've always paid my bills with Opera (including bill for American Express).
Now I'm using Opera 10.53 and I can't pay my bill for AmEx. I CAN log in to my account, but CAN'T pay my bill...
Not a problem (as long as I know the right answer)
