Opera widgets problem

When i try to install widgets, i get an error, the error is caused due to the fact i'm in an spanish windows install, so opera tries to add the spanish char but ends up putting random symbols on the directory name, so it doesn't open the widget.

This is the error:

It should be Configuración local

Any tips?

Double click in download manager and all works.

Use the direct link when your getting a Widget and save the file to your desktop (or anywhere on your computer). Then in Opera CTRL+O and navigate to this file. (it ends with .wgt) It should start installing then.

I tried this solution (Ctl-O and navigating to the file) but I still get the same message. I tried moving the file to another location, but that doesn't work either. I suspect it may have something to do with the fact that my name (and therefore my user file) has an accent mark in it. This hasn't been a problem with any other application.

Hello
I've had exactly the same problem and I also think it has something to do with our special language characters.
But I have found a solution.
Find the downloaded widgets file on your computer, move it to the folder C: \ Program \ Opera \ program \ plugins. Close Opera and double click on your widgets, it will be installed in the directory: C: \ Users \ your name \ AppData \ Local \ (widget name)

I am using Win7 but I think it will work in other Windows as well
