Opera mini won't work on Blackberry 8350i

I have a Blackberry 8350i. Upon initial download and install of opera mini version 5, I somehow lost the shortcut to the app and can no longer find it.
I then deleted the application through advanced options, rebooted the blackberry, and downloaded the application again from m.opera.com. It downloads and says it has to reboot to finish the install which it does, but there is still no shortcut for the application in the home menu, application folder, or games folder.
It never asks any questions upon the installation after download and reboot. Shouldn't it??

Check for shortcut in Downloads folder or try to use 4.2 version. The new one was bothering me as well ...
