Take Your Camera
If you are serious about shooting or creating textures then you must get a good digital camera and take it everywhere you go.I suggest the Sony Cybershot line. I've been very pleased with them. Rugged, inexpensive, and takes great photos. Also get the warranty and a big memory card. An extra battery wouldn't hurt, even though they last forever you can pop the fresh one in the camera while one is changing.
