How can I force operausb 9.22 to use backup copy of download.dat

Hi,
I'm using OperaUSB 9.22. The transfers are disappearing from my download.dat file before they have completed.
I saved a copy of the download.dat file, but when I rename the current download.dat to download190510 and rename my backup copy of the download.dat file back to download.dat and restart OperaUSB. Some how operausb still uses the current copy of download.dat.

Can anyone tell me how to force operausb to use my backup copy of download.dat ?
