Using O without Title Bar for 4 weeks, now it came back, uninvited!

Don't know what's up here. Everything is as was, I made no changes, and today I have the Title bar back.

The only thing I can think of is that before closing yesterday I used "Private Tab" for the first time.
Has this upset something?

for some reason the OS theme had been returned to XP Classic. I had to go into "services.msc" and start the Theme Service manually in order to get the choice of "Standard XP Theme" and once this was selected my Opera title bar is again transparent/integrated into Tab Bar.

Several things will cause the title bar to show:

1) Menu bar is enabled
2) Personal bar is enabled at the top
3) Main bar is enabled at the top
4) Windows Classic Theme is being used
5) Windows Native skin is being used
6) Old Skin for Opera without transparent tabs is being used.
