How do I contact Opera.com? - (Both contact forms broken)

Alright, so I must be very new here, as I'm so overwhelmingly confused I have no idea where to begin. I'm assuming this is the correct section, and I could not find any threads regarding this same topic.

So first, I just received this email about adding a friend on my.opera.com. I've never even used my.opera.com before and don't recall even seeing the account page.
Nonetheless, I just want to cease receiving friend notifications and have email notifications of such turned off.

So, I have to contact Opera, so I used this form as I am a registered member:
http://my.opera.com/community/contact/myopera/

But when I do that, I receive the following error message:

"Error

Problems in sending the e-mail"

I am not told what the errors are... my message is in English, and I filled in the re-captcha stuff correctly. So, I have no idea what's going on.

So, I am forced to use the guest/visitor email address of list-admin@opera.com , but when I do that, I receive the following email bounced back:

"This is the mail system at host gateway1.messagingengine.com.

I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not
be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.

For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster.

If you do so, please include this problem report. You can
delete your own text from the attached returned message.

The mail system

<list-admin@opera.com>: host mx.opera.com[213.236.208.184] said: 550 5.1.1
<list-admin@opera.com>... User unknown (in reply to RCPT TO command)"

And, yet, at that exact same time, I receive two support tickets in my email account.

So, I am extremely, extremely confused right now.

[1] How can I unsubscribe from receiving friend requests?
[2] Why can I not use the usual Contact form?
[3] Although the privacy policy lists list-admin@opera.com as a contact address, who are visitors supposed to contact if this email does not exist?
[4] Where are these support tickets coming from (and why two of them)?
[5] Can you folks just tell me who I'm supposed to contact in the future with further questions, rather than going through all this confusion?

I'm attaching the original email that I received and my responses.

At about the same time you were having a problem, I also tried to send a request using the contact form. Just as you saw, I received the message "Error: problem sending the e-mail." Since I have seen systems that reject hyperlinks in mail forms, I modified my message by clearing out the url I had included and tried again. No luck. I continued trying for a while, seeing if I could change ANYTHING to make the message go through.

When I re-entered my e-mail system, I found 12 "My Opera request" messages with unique ticket numbers! Every message flagged with a problem seems to have gone through anyway.

The problem appears to generate false positive error message, but our e-mail appears to be getting through.

Alright, well I guess the support tickets never went through either.

My question: "RyanFaulk wants to add you as a friend on My Opera."

^^ WHAT IS THIS MESSAGE?

How do I quit receiving Friend invitations and unsubscribe from current notifications?

Last week was my first time even seeing the My Opera settings page, so I'm really confused.

I couldn't find any info on this in the forums.

Anyone know what to do?

Go to your profile editing page ( http://my.opera.com/andrejfavia/account/about.dml ). Halfway down, you'll see a section for "Community Messaging" (next to "Privacy"). You can control who can send you a private message and whether or not to receive email notification on PM and/or friends request.

This is a known bug and hopefully we'll get it fixed today. Even though it says there were a problem sending the e-mail, we have received it.
Working as intended.
