BitTorrent download dialog accesibility improvement
Image source: http://my.opera.com/dude09/blog/opera-amp-bittorrentRename "Use system default" option
The application selection dropdown list do included other application that can handle BitTorrent download other than the system default application, thus I think Use system default is inaccurate & misleading for the option. It should be named "Other application" to better describe the functionality of the option.
Remember last chosen application as default selection
For each new download, application selection will be reset back to either Opera or the system default application. Most private tracker/BT community blacklist certain BT client, thus we might need to switch to other BT client when access such website. It's very inconvenience when Opera keep reset the application selection for each new download while we download multiple torrents from such website. It's better if Opera remember & kept our last selection for next download dialog.
Highlight "Open" button by default
Often, we want to open the .torrent file with a chosen BT client directly, not just download the .torrent file (meta-data). Thus, It would be more practical to highlight the "Open" button by default instead of the "Save" button. This will also serve as a hint to new user to select "Open" in order to download the actual files instead of "Save" the .torrent file.
Thanks for reading, & please consider these suggestions if any Opera developer read this proposal.
+1 to all.

You meant the dropdown list to select other application other than the system default application?
AFAIK, it will only work if you have multiple BT client thats setup to handle .torrent file. You can try setup unlisted application as default application to handle .torrent file via OS extension handler, then once it's registered you can switch back to your preferred application to handle .torrent file. It should appear in the list once the OS registered the application with .torrent file.

Oh, well Opera got a bug of unable to process torrent file with non-Unicode character name...
You will have to try torrent with Unicode name to setup how Opera handle the torrent file, but then you won't see the dialog again next time. Or you can use the manual integration method in my tutorial.
I kept the download dialog because I use multiple BT client for some private trackers with very strict blacklist of BT client.
