Can Opera do something ?

Opera please do something!!!chef
There are few (might be many also) good sites/plugin/functionality that doesn't work well with Opera, Following are the list that I would want Opera should do something to increase its desktop market and have me as default opera browser. I like Opera , so I'm accepting the pain in using the following, but I can't ask my parents or sisters to use Opera - because to use the following in Opera is pain.

(1) Properly Silverlight plug-in support.
(2) Latest Yahoo!Mail
(3) Live!Mail (Hotmail).
(4) Bing!Maps
(5) Good Multi-Monitor support.
(6) Integrated Windows Authentication
(7) I think, even G!Mail will not work.

..

Viewers kindly add your know sites that doesn't render/work well with Opera in this forum as reply. Then Opera can easily prioritize their work items and fix one by one.

Sorry, I might sound harsh here - but my intent was to make Opera a better browser. Chrome came lately to market and they exceeded the Opera market share in no time, Opera has to learn a lot and do something different to increase its market. Otherwise, it will be very hard for Opera to survive in the browser war.

Thanks

This thread probably won't stay open long unless you edit the title.

Actually, Opera does a great deal to fix site problems.

I suggested a year or two ago that a running table of problem web pages be kept, and users could add to it and search current fixes. It is still a good idea.

Microsoft product. MS hates Opera. I am not even sure Safari can handle it.

(2) Latest Yahoo!Mail

Yahoo, has always been an issue, due to YAHOO'S CODING, not Opera's. Even Safari has issues with it.

(3) Live!Mail (Hotmail).

Again MS strikes.

Agains MS strikes.

I am running 4 monitors, and do not have a problem. Again maybe it's the MS product that is the issue?

NOTE: the OP means the autologin "feature" that is in IE. It logs onto servers (like sharepoint) without people having to use a logon page. Opera DOES support IWA.

Besides there are enough useless "features" in Opera, we surely don't need this.

It's worked for me. 10.53 however killed that. No cookies are accepted anymore.

Not everything is Opera's fault. Many things are their fault, but not everything. Many sites code to break the rendering in Opera. OK, some of them are just weak coders who read MS propaganda and code like mindless drones so that they break non-MS browsers.

*cough* m i c r o s o f t *cough*

A running table of pages to be fixed, is a terrible idea. Besides I believe there is a thread that does that already. Then again, you can always send a 'broken page' message to Opera via the Help menu. However I gave up trying to get Opera to listen, years ago.

Posted with Safari as Opera 10.53 on Mac OSX 10.6.3 will not accept any cookies.
