SMTP servers usually have a limit on how many addresses can go in the TO, CC and BCC fields. The email may be rejected if it violates this.
Now, in Opera, if you click "Send" and nothing happens, you'll have to figure out if it's the number of addresses that's causing Opera to mess up, or if it's some character(s) in the name of one of those addresses.
For example, try:
instead of:
for all 100 of the addresses.
If it works then, it's something in one of the names.

You will find it is almost certainly a limit by either your ISP, or more likely Yahoo stopping you sending out huge mailing lists. They think you are potentially spamming.
If you can't find anything in the Yahoo T's n C's, try sending out batches of emails to experiment to locate your limits. Start with just 10 addresses, then try 15, 20, 25, 30. You should find a point where you then get bounced. I know many ISPs will limit at 50. Some at 20.
(If you looked at the SMTP errors coming back from your mail server you will probably find this error noted in there)
