Upgrade Needed? Mail retrieval problem
HiI'm running Opera 9.62 on MacOX 10.5.8 and am very happy with it (160k messages in Received to prove it).
Recently there was a server mistake at my ISP and I can no longer get my emails. I can seem them in a web tool like Mail To Web.
In Opera, though, it logs in okay but does not download emails. I set up logging and I see what looks like a successful login followed by thousands of UID msgs as in:
09:57:26 POP IN: +OK
1 UID125866-1217323523
2 UID125867-1217323523
3 UID125868-1217323523
<-- etc etc etc
Mails are not downloaded, though. Looks to me as though Opera is flagging mails as already downloaded even though they are not (i want to leave messages on server).
Any ideas how to fix? I've stuck on 9.62 as I've had big upgrade problems in the past... time to try again or can 9.62 be fixed?
