Why this JS doesn't work?

Hi Javascript gurus, not like me :-)
I wonder if anyone can tell me, why attached HTML file, which uses JS to generate Frames (createElement method) doesn't work in Opera 10.5x but works elsewhere? Why it doesn't show any content (i.e. Opera's pages in this example)?
Any hints please?

Because you are attaching it(frameset) to the body...

Thank you, how easy the solution was and I was blind not seeing it and rather looking for problem elsewhere.

I was thinking whether or not to start a new thread, when attached files are a bit different but similar to the subject on the other hand. I don't use XSL at all so I am just asking on behalf of my friend.
Solution above works in JS, artmil reminded me why, but attached examples with XSL and XML being as source file do not work and no framesets could be seen in Opera.
Anyone has idea why please?
