.pdf -> .htm in opera-mini at click

*) let opera-mini (and opera-turbo) convert .pdf-files to .html to see them in cellular phone
*) let it will be without <img> to economize traffic
*) and in ver.4.0 , because 5.0 is too heavy for hardware
