The rules on sign up advise users to sign up for Premium supportOpera employees will sometimes respond to questions and comments, but for official technical support, please sign up for Premium Support.
However, if you follow the link, preimium support is discontinued for new subscribers.
Opera no longer renews existing subscriptions or sells new Premium Support subscriptions. For existing users, support is still offered until the subscription period expires, or until April 30 2011.
