Window minimization issue with Mac version
I've noticed this behavior with version 10.53 (build 8343). I'm currently running Mac OS X 10.6.3.Fairly often when you try to minimize the application to the dock, it minimizes, but a version of the window stays up. This new version gives the impression that Opera has crashed or stalled out since you cannot click or do anything with it. To get the application working again, you have to go under the Window menu and select a page that is in the active window. When you do this, you will see the maximize animation from the dock that then puts the window back over this false version.
So if it looks like the Mac version isn't responding, you should try selecting a window under the Window menu and see if that solves the problem.
