Small blue ring on overlays in Opera 9.52

Small blue ring on overlays in Opera 9.52

Hi all,

I've got an odd one for you all. I'm making overlays for a project that follow the mouse around a little bit. When you show the overlay in 9.52 I get a small blue ring in the top left corner of the overlay almost like a registration point. This ring doesn't appear in the latest version, or any other browser.

Is this normal?
