BUG when using Open with in latest builds

Hello been using Opera post 10.53 builds
some time around there I got this little but annoying error.
when using open page in another browser for example Safari:

check this pictures

as you can see Opera is sending the url to the other browser but adding the string %FF%FE%22%00 at the start and end of it

please fix it.
