8) -1, I often find stuff that I delete useful, but often when I'm not at the same computer
9) -1, trash is a good term, it tells you that you threw away the stuff but if you have to you can dig it out again until you empty the trash (just like in real life)
10) what's wrong with holding down shift? also you can do it yourself by editing the keyboard shortcuts
Generally:
* use descriptive titles
* search before posting
* avoid multiple wishes in one thread (or at least enumerate them)

10) For one tab OK but if you want to open let say 10+ tabs i don't have a brick on my keyboard for Shift+Ctrl.
Can't find option to change Shift+Ctrl to just Ctrl and nothing else helped.
Display corruption on window for shortcuts under Linux but i did find out that is also using shortcuts for cycle tab well that's dumb also, other browsers use just mouse wheel.
Opera is becoming just another Windows relic...

+1000!!!
That's a big mistake with the new shortcuts, in 9.2x was option to change this setting, but since 9.5x just a "Go" action. The change doesn't affect to the default settings. Anyway the ctrl+click on image works as "Save image". I don't think so the developers change this setting, but I hope it will be optional.
You can use userJS, for example snap-links* or open link in background with long press, but the userJS doesn't work in M2, in panels and on internal pages.
* This userJS a little buggy in the 10.5x due to mouseevent bug. Maybe they fix it in a snapshot.
