Adblock for Opera?

Firefox has an adblock addon, does Opera have a similar option?

Sorry, but Opera does not use addons. You can get the same type of results with two methods. (1) right click on an open space and select "block content" and block that element. (2) You can also add Fanboys ini file http://www.fanboy.co.nz/adblock/opera/urlfilter.ini. I use Fanboys file as it does a wonderful job.

If you do a search on this site, or even google, you can find directions on how to add this file. I did it a long time ago and forgot how to do it. Sorry, but it still is a good start for you.

Just add the Fanboy urlfilter.ini in your profile folder of Opera and there you go smile

in addition to urlfilter.ini I also succesfully use js

-flashblocker.js
