flash + graphics blocker buttons missing

I just downloaded the 10.53 complete zip version and the blocker buttons seem to be missing. They are not listed in My Buttons.

insert at the end of the file "operausb1053\ui\standard_toolbar.ini" the following 3 lines:

[Customize Toolbar Custom.content]
Button1, "Select user CSS file"="Select user CSS file, 0, , "Flash Blocker on", "Transfer Loading" > Deselect user CSS file, 0, , "Flash Blocker off", "Transfer Failure""
Button2, "Select user CSS file"="Select user CSS file, 1, , "Grafik Blocker on", "Transfer Loading" > Deselect user CSS file, 1, , "Grafik Blocker off", "Transfer Failure""

did you read the lines at the top of the file?

; Do not edit this file while Opera is running
; This file is stored in UTF-8 encoding

i tested it with "operausb1053int.zip" and the standard editor in windows xp "notepad.exe" and it works.

Yes I did read that- yes, opera was closed-I also used notepad to add the three lines and clicked save. The lines are there but no buttons.

check this one:
http://files.myopera.com/ConFelon/operausb1052/standard_toolbar.ini

this is the original file from opera@usb10.52 and it is identical to 10.53 but includes the both buttons.

I found version 10.10 on the net and downloaded that and then I applied the 10.53 update. Flash+Grafik blockers were where they should be.
