Opera Premium Service

For the second time in about a month (last time 22/23rd April) the Opera Premium mail service has been down for an extended period of time (approx. 24 hours, I believe) without any information being displayed on the opera website. You cannot rely on users such as myself keeping on putting up with this. I don't want to abandon opera but this is not acceptable. The very minimum you should be providing is:

1) information concerning the outage being displayed on your website
2) a support line to contact

To do any less is to not behave in a professional manner.

According to this, you can no longer get a premium account. And, for current premium accounts, you can't renew them once they run out. And, the current Opera webmail is provided by a 3rd party that doesn't give any support.

Fastmail is better in every way. And, since Opera bought them, Fastmail's like the new operamail. We may even see an Opera-branded fastmail at some point.

Also, don't forget that Gmail is free.

With that said, if the service is that bad and your subscription isn't that old and no one will help you, you should ask for a refund and move to a different e-mail provider.

That's up to you. Maybe you can get in contact with someone at Opera that can help. But, the http://operamail.com/ forum might be a better place for this thread than here.
