Control bookmarks in Kiosk Mode
In Kiosk mode...Is there a way to provide pre-set bookmarks to certain URLs but limit users from adding new bookmarks?

Edit the menus and shortcuts to not include the various "Bookmark ..." options. Or of course lock the file, though the changes will appear to have worked until Opera is reset (and Opera will display an error message about being unable to save the hotlist file).
