Mobile 10 bricked my nokia e71-2

Looking for any help possible. Downloaded mobile 10 and on the EULA page my phone froze. Screen's black. Any help or recourse?? My phone worked perfect before this. thx.

As a follow up, I had Opera mini & mobile installed on my 8gb memory card. This saved my phone. I took out the card and the phone works perfectly. However, the card is fried. Windows says it has a bad sector zero and cannot format it. I'll be looking for a new card.

I suggest you be careful installing opera mobile 10 on any nokia e71, and definitely put it on the memory card in case something crazy happens.

Maybe the card was defective? I don't recall hearing anyone else with that complaint, here or other forums.

I too also had this problem and got my 8GB card destroyed. Only install in phone memory.

Must be a random fluke... I've got an E71-2 and have Opera Mobile installed on a memory card, yet I've been using OM for months and the card still works fine. I have had the browser freeze and/or crash on me a few times, but that's typical of any web browser - nothing is guaranteed to work pefectly 100% of the time. Granted, my memory card is only 512MB, but I don't see what difference the size of the memory card would make.
