Scroll smoothness degradation when something is on the top ot the page client area
Visit any site with allways-on-top <div> that scrolls to window top, or enable start bar, click adress bar to show it and then scroll page. Smoothness is way worse than without anything on the top.Effect overcomes on Phenom II X6 resulting in 80% load of one core, but is seen for sure on P4 without hyperthreading
