Caused by browser sniffing in http://sehirrehberi.ibb.gov.tr/mapscrpt44.js (which is somewhat obfuscated - quoted code is from after "unpacking" it..):

if(navigator.product=="Gecko")brw="G";
	else if(navigator.appVersion.indexOf("MSIE")>-1){
		brw=parseFloat(navigator.appVersion.split("MSIE")[1])
	}

If brw were set to "G" in Opera too it would work. This might be an indication that Opera should define navigator.product and claim to be "Gecko"? Both Safari and Chrome do so.

Ohh god. How did you find that in the sea of writing? That thing has no structure what so ever.
A nice way to reduce the size of code I guess.
