Context menu "Open" options not working on page links Opera 10.53 WinXPSP3

Hi. I've just upgraded from 10.10 to 10.53 (3374) and something very odd happens: none of the "Open..." options work in the right-click (context) menu of any page links. They are enabled (not grayed out) but they just do nothing (menu is dismissed). Using regular ctrl+click or shift+ctrl+click works fine, so I'm really puzzled. Other options in the context menu do work (Bookmark Link, Save Linked Content As, etc.). In particular, the non-working options are: Open, Open in New Tab, Open in Background Tab, Open in New Window and Open in Background Window. Likewise, hitting the keyboard accelerator ("p" for "Open in New Tab") on the context menu does nothing.

My OS is Windows XP SP3. Any ideas?

I think somewhere along the line there has been a change in the syntax. This is how it looks now:

Item, MI_IDM_MENU_PAGEBAR_LINK_IN_NEW_PAGE="Open link in new page, -2, "urlinfo""
