Set loading timeout to 3600s for 2-3 sessions and after that back to 20; test more often network setup right after startup. Timeout erorr code must be 408 btw.

Ok lets try this step by step approach.
Once you start Opera Mini on the enter address field enter the following
config:
on the page that appears scroll to find "loading timeout" and increase it.

Well, if you can't fix a problem than keep it for yourself because I can't reproduce any connection problem related.

@ Vikas20a - What you were asked to do is literally write that address on URL field and thus open so called 'Power-User Settings' page:

So write:
config:

into URL field and open that page. Then adjust the 'loading timeout', scroll down the page and save the changed settings.

However, I think you may have a different problem, and probably this does not help at all. It's possible those sites are just not yet updated on all name servers around the globe, and therefore are not yet available everywhere. The reason why you can open that site using built-in browser is that it access the server directly, not via some remote Opera Mini server. The problem may become solved in a few days or weeks, but if it does not, then please fill in the bug report.

Altering loading timeout can be fixed some issues related with servers routing in case that 404 and 408 erorrs have the same causes. However 404 error its unexpected and cant be related with java runtime or ISP connectivity so a bug report is required of course.

So, does it help Vikas20a if you increase the load timeout?
