My Opera Contact Email Pahe Broken

Tried to send an email using the Contact link. Clicked on "delete account" and filled out my information and message requesting my account to be deleted. The email would not send though and it kept giving an error and saying that it could not send.

I still need to contact someone in deleting my account.
