Widget Frame not filled with Color - transparency bug?

I made my Webcam Widgets http://widgets.opera.com/widget/7310/

at the time of Opera 9, now with current Opera 10.XX and Linux (debian/ubuntu/centos)

the Widget fails to show full color frames (#000099), don't know why.. (transparency bug?)

can anyone help i will solve it. With opera on windows the buggy frame is ok..
