Opera 10 (Linux) printing problems
I'm using OpenSUSE 11.2.With both Opera 10.53b and 10.54(a?), Opera is unable to connect with my printers. I am using HP printers, connected via LPD. When attempting to print (Opera Menu > Print > Print OR rt.click > Print OR ctrl+p), nothing happens. When I select Print Preview via the Opera menu, I get the following error:
Printer problem
A problem occurred when Opera tried to connect to your printer. Please check your printer settings. If you use a network printer, please check your network connection.
I rolled back to to 10.10 package for OpenSUSE, and it prints, but not well. The dialog box comes up, and it will print, but the text is very poorly aligned. After monkeying with the printer drivers for an hour, and still getting the poor layout with the latest version of the Gutenprint drivers, I tested printing to file, and you can see from the attached pdf that it has the same problem printing to PDF.

Any other steps or information I should get for troubleshooting this?

Hurrah! The 10.6 alpha has fixed all of my printing problems. As long as this doesn't get reverted somehow, I think I'm good to go.
